Travel Information
Travelling to the Mex Volleyball Tournament is extremely easy. It’s a short drive from San Diego across the border to Rosarito.
How to Get There
- MIV Charter: Ride with other MEX tourney players. Click here to reserve your seat.
- Mexicoach has been providing bus service to Baja since 1970. Buses run every 2 hours. Call (619) 428-9517 or visit their site:Â http://www.mexicoach.com
- Taxi for about $35 each way. Take Last US Exit. Go straight into UEDA for $8/day. Walk across the border and get a cab to Rosarito.
- Detailed Driving Directions:. As always, drive during the day in a caravan.

Passports Are Required
- Passport, U.S. Passport Card, or Enhanced Driver’s License is REQUIRED.
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has put together a very simple web site –  www.GetYouHome.gov – that explains, but basically a passport is required.

Where to Stay
Rosarito has lodging for everyone. Our sponsor, Rosarito Inn, offers condo suites near the courts. Another popular location with rooms just south of the tournament is Rosarito Beach Hotel. It’s a popular weekend and hotels do sell out, so make your reservations early.
